The Best Brunch On The Vegas Strip

This summer marked my first jaunt to the neon city of Las Vegas. Along with 10 of my closest friends, we soaked up everything Vegas has to offer, from pool parties to the magnificent hotels and casinos to brunching on the strip. Needless to say, it was one of the best weekends of my summer and I highly recommended it if you’re planning a girls’ getaway.

As a self-proclaimed brunch connoisseur, I’m not one to settle for the first place I see. Instagram snaps, foodie blogs, and friendly recommendations all come into play. I mean, if you’re going to eat brunch in a new city, why not eat at the very best places? And luckily for Vegas-goers, you don’t even have to leave the strip to find a delicious brunch spot.

When it comes to brunch, what happens in Vegas doesn’t have to stay there, so take a look at the 5 most buzzed about brunch spots on the Vegas strip.

Hash House a Go Go at The LINQ

If you’re hungry for a huge brunch after a night out, Hash Hash a Go Go will not disappoint. Known for its crowded plates filled with the best brunch food you can imagine (think griddled French toast, smoked salmon benedict, and buttermilk flapjacks, to name a few), you cannot visit the Vegas strip without coming here. The wait was longer than we’d hoped, so make sure your pad on some extra time in your schedule. But trust me, the food is worth the wait.

A classic French bistro, Mon Ami Gabi has all the fixings of a quintessential brunch spot. With an outdoor patio that allows you to watch passersby on the Vegas strip, you can sip mimosas with your girls all day long. Not to mention, the delectable menu with brunch offerings such as a classic eggs benny or French toast with blueberries and whipped cream.

A casual eatery with a glam, summery vibe, Overlook Grill is the perfect spot to grab brunch on the Vegas strip. Located in The Cosmopolitan hotel, you can start your day off with their house blend coffee, spicy hot bloody Mary, or a bottomless mimosa *insert hand raise girl emoji here*. Their signature Overlook omelette is an all-time favorite, while their chicken and Belgian waffles with sage syrup sound absolutely to die for.

In Vegas, the ‘5 o’clock somewhere’ rule doesn’t really exist, so go ahead and get your margarita on at brunch. Couple it with a breakfast burrito filled with scrambled eggs, smoked bacon, cheese and pico de gallo, or their too-good-to-be-true huevos con chorizo for some zesty Mexican indulgence.  The fun décor will have you feeling groovy, oh, and did I mention bottomless frozen margaritas every weekend at brunch?

Known and loved for its drool-worthy desserts, from the crème de la crème cheesecake to the deep fried Oreo sundae, Serendipity 3 will satisfy your brunch craving and beyond. Designed to look like an old-fashioned ice cream parlour, they serve all-day breakfast, with offerings like the Hangover Omelet, the Saints and Sinners French Toast, and the Balsamic Strawberries and Cream Waffles.
